Where Do I Begin?
When it comes to any marketing or communications strategy, the best place to begin is with knowing where you are. What’s working? What isn’t? What is working “okay” but could be much, much better? The answer to these questions lies in a communications audit.
Well, not actually. The real first step is for us to talk. In that first conversation, I guarantee that I will have more questions than answers. “What are your goals for your online presence?” “Can you describe where you think the sticking points are?” I’ll also answer any questions you have about me and my process. But I’ll do my best to refrain from giving you answers about your communications until after we’ve done your audit.

The result will be a comprehensive report, as well as a number of suggestions for ways to improve your current systems.
