Quickly Hire Case Studies Revision

The Problem

Quickly Hire is a relatively new entry into the freelance marketplace field. Founded in 2022, it has entered a market with some well-known and established names like UpWork and Fiverr. Quickly Hire differentiates itself through its vetted, even curated roster of freelancers available to fill a variety of roles from web designer to virtual assistant. But the case study and portfolio section of the Quickly Hire website didn’t adequately showcase the value it brings to its clients. Entries were long, often coming in over 1,000 words, while numerous call-out boxes interrupted the reading flow.

Quickly hire wanted to revamp this critical section of its website to accomplish three main goals:

  1. Give the case studies a clear and succinct narrative flow: problem, solution, results.

  2. Give more attention to the freelancers and the process by which they were matched with clients.

  3. Adjust the layout and formatting of the pages to make them easier to read

The Solution

The goal for this project was to revise all the existing case studies and provide a template for new entries going forward. After reviewing the websites for each client to get a better understanding of their work, more complete information about the freelancers was obtained, including their specialties. We paid special attention to the ways in which the freelancers’ various skills fit the particular needs of the clients. We then obtained as much information as possible about the result of the match, such as increased productivity or higher revenues.

These datapoints became the basis for a new set of case studies for the Quickly Hire website. Each case study follows a clear narrative:

  1. Introduction, including an overview of the client business and their needs

  2. Quickly Hire’s solution to the client concerns, with information about the freelancers now pulled into a callout box to the side highlighting their unique skills. The main flow of the narrative now focuses on the logic that Quickly Hire team members used to connect this client with this freelancer.

  3. Results that highlight the positive impact the freelancers have had on the business. This concludes with a new callout box featuring a quote from the business owner about Quickly Hire.

The case studies end with a call to action uniquely crafted to draw on the challenges this business faced, connecting those challenges with those prospective clients might be facing.

The new Quickly Hire case studies follow a clear narrative and sport a much cleaner look.

The Results

Quickly Hire was thrilled with the new case study format. The material far more clearly shows the positive impact that Quickly Hire’s freelancers have had. And just as importantly, it highlights the special role that Quickly Hire played in that process by connecting the two. We’ll keep you updated as we get more information about how this case study revision has helped increase Quickly Hire’s conversion rate.
